This type of Yoga takes therapeutic aspects from many different styles of Yoga and Pilates to create a tailored, modern practice, designed for western lifestyles.
In Natalie's classes, students can learn how to breathe effectively, to slow the body down and relax the nervous system. Classes are expertly sequenced to combat back pain by emphasising abdominal core work.
Students will hold poses for long enough to find their way around their body and empower them to use it intelligently. Natalie allows a great deal of her personality into her work allowing students to feel valued in their progression.
