I’m a lady from Newcastle upon Tyne who found her light bulb moment approaching 40.
I am a wife and mum to 3 sons who I am proud of every single day and I realise that my health is one of my biggest assets not just for me but my family too.
From a vision to a goal I’m now a Mindset Coach. With my love for health and vitality, nutrition, selflove, meditation, yoga and mind-set (phew), it is my purpose to share with others that no matter how busy or stuck we get, that we can move forward and create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Now most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel, and it is my mission to help people find the motivation to create their own inner wisdom, identify values and transform goals into actions. It is possible to find our own capabilities around health, mindset and habit change giving us the energy and balance in our life so that we can be the best version of ourselves.
My love of health through mind, body and spirit led me to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher which is the housekeeping of yoga. Kundalini yoga is for everyone, no matter what your experience. It is a yoga for life in the 21st century, to build your strength and confidence, enabling you to enjoy life to the full and not feel defeated by change or circumstance.
Yogi Bhajan taught above all that we should relate to our infinite selves, not our perceived limitations. The subtle use of Kundalini energy can make this change.
The human form is the most sophisticated piece of equipment on the planet and yet we have little instruction to show us how to get the best out of it. Kundalini Yoga is a complete science which works through the body, mind and spirit to deliver us to the grace and greatness which is our birth right. Kundalini Yoga impacts all aspects of our physical, mental and spiritual being.
It promotes a general sense of relaxation and well-being by balancing the glandular system, strengthening the nervous system, promoting the better functioning of our bodily systems, promoting emotional balance and enhanced intuition, allowing us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions so we can be in control of ourselves rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. It also helps to eliminate negative habits increasing our radiance and the impact we have on others.
I am offering Kundalini Yoga Classes to begin with fortnightly on Fridays at 12.30 pm – starting 3 August.
