Janet founded Psychology One-to-One in order to provide a prompt, high quality, face-to-face clinical psychology assessment and treatment service
Janet cares deeply about helping people to alleviate their suffering and is passionate about helping people to bring about the change that is needed to improve their quality of life
Janet has worked within the mental health field since 1996 and qualified with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2004 from the University of Newcastle-upon- Tyne.
Janet has over 20 years experience in mental health and works with a range of mental health / psychological and emotional issues through face-to-face psychological therapy sessions
